鋼塑(PSP)復合(he)壓力管的連(lian)接分為電磁(ci)感應雙熱(re)熔、雙熱(re)熔式熔焊連(lian)接、法蘭(lan)式連(lian)接。
雙熱熔管連接技術
管(guan)道系統采用雙熱(re)熔(rong)連(lian)接技(ji)術,塑(su)料管(guan)件的(de)承口與管(guan)材的(de)內外兩(liang)個(ge)面相配(pei)合(he)并安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)固定,再施(shi)行熱(re)熔(rong)粘合(he),使管(guan)材的(de)內外層與管(guan)件熔(rong)為一體。注(zhu)塑(su)管(guan)件具有重量輕(qing),成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)低,使用壽命長,安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)可靠(kao),操作(zuo)、維修方(fang)便,密封效(xiao)果(guo)好,可暗埋等優點(dian),從根本(ben)(ben)上解決了傳統鋼塑(su)復(fu)合(he)管(guan)管(guan)件成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)較高,安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)連(lian)接不方(fang)便,密封效(xiao)果(guo)和耐腐蝕性能(neng)較差等問題。
鋼(gang)(gang)塑復(fu)合(he)(he)(he)管(guan)和雙(shuang)(shuang)熱熔(rong)(rong)管(guan)件(jian)(jian)及連接(jie)技術包括:鋼(gang)(gang)塑復(fu)合(he)(he)(he)壓力(li)管(guan)及雙(shuang)(shuang)熱熔(rong)(rong)管(guan)件(jian)(jian),與連接(jie)有關的(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)用設備及熱熔(rong)(rong)模具、工(gong)藝參數等(deng)技術內容。鋼(gang)(gang)塑復(fu)合(he)(he)(he)壓力(li)管(guan)是以(yi)電鍍鋅(錫)鋼(gang)(gang)帶輥壓成型并進行氬弧對(dui)接(jie)焊鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)為中間層(ceng);內外層(ceng)為聚(ju)乙(丙)烯塑料(liao),采用專(zhuan)(zhuan)用熱熔(rong)(rong)膠,通過(guo)擠出成型方法復(fu)合(he)(he)(he)成一(yi)體的(de)管(guan)材。鋼(gang)(gang)塑管(guan)與雙(shuang)(shuang)熱熔(rong)(rong)管(guan)件(jian)(jian)連接(jie)成的(de)管(guan)道系(xi)統,因其系(xi)統可(ke)靠,使(shi)用壽命長(chang),綜合(he)(he)(he)成本較低(di),現場施工(gong)、維(wei)修(xiu)方便(bian),可(ke)廣泛應用于建筑給水(shui)工(gong)程、供(gong)熱、石(shi)油(you)、化工(gong)、制藥、食品、礦山、燃(ran)氣等(deng)領域(yu)。也可(ke)用作(zuo)高(gao)鐵、地(di)鐵、高(gao)速公路等(deng)光纖(xian)線纜(lan)的(de)保護屏蔽套管(guan)(非承壓等(deng)級(ji))。
電磁感應雙熱熔技術
管(guan)(guan)(guan)材與(yu)(yu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)需要依靠(kao)過(guo)渡(du)接(jie)(jie)頭進行連接(jie)(jie),過(guo)渡(du)接(jie)(jie)頭與(yu)(yu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)材端面采用雙熱(re)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)連接(jie)(jie),而與(yu)(yu)純塑管(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)端采用單熱(re)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)連接(jie)(jie)。連接(jie)(jie)方(fang)式為(wei)“先熱(re)熔(rong)(rong)(rong),后承(cheng)插”。施(shi)工(gong)難度高(gao),且(qie)(qie)易受外(wai)界環(huan)境(jing)隱私和施(shi)工(gong)者技能的影(ying)響,一個接(jie)(jie)口需要熔(rong)(rong)(rong)接(jie)(jie)兩(liang)次,管(guan)(guan)(guan)道熔(rong)(rong)(rong)接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)口為(wei)電磁(ci)感應雙熱(re)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)連接(jie)(jie)方(fang)式的2倍,不僅(jin)增(zeng)加施(shi)工(gong)步驟,而且(qie)(qie)提高(gao)工(gong)程(cheng)成本,熔(rong)(rong)(rong)接(jie)(jie)口的增(zeng)加使得(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道接(jie)(jie)口滲漏幾率成倍增(zeng)大。
